Membership Coordinator

Requirements

  • You need to comply with our Rules & Regulations at all times. An additional ‘Code of Conduct’ is available in our Hangar (download section) and is a mandatory code for all pilots.
  • Becoming inactive is a hard ‘no go’!
  • You’ve been an active member for the virtual airline for a little while now with sufficient flight hours, event/tour participation, active engagement on our Discord channel. We require active and dedicated staff members.
  • You need to have a good founded knowledge of aviation. You are an example for our members and need to be able to assist our members when needed.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (French, Spanish or any other third language is an advantage).
  • Due to the importance of this position we require a minimum age of 16 years (preferably 18 years or older).

Our dedicated training programs are designed to help aspiring pilots develop their skills and gain a thorough understanding of flight operations. We focus on teaching real-world procedures, ensuring that simmers not only enjoy a realistic flying experience but also build confidence and competence in the virtual cockpit. Our community is here to support you every step of the way, guiding you through the learning process and helping you become a proficient virtual pilot. What are some of your tasks?

  • Most importantly you are a staff member and therefore lead by example. You are a representation of our virtual airline.
  • You seek and utilize opportunities to recruit pilots to join our virtual airline.
  • Together with the Events & Tours coordinator you make up plans and strategies to recruit more pilots.
  • You enforce the Rules & Regulations, but also have a good feeling of when to be a bit more ‘open minded’ and had out kind reminders.
  • You keep an eye on our registrations and make sure they get approved as soon as possible (preferably daily). Other staff members also keep an eye on new registrations to ensure a quick enrollment.
  • You are active on our Discord channel and engage with our members, especially new members. This way we make them feel welcome and engaged. When pilots are not very active, you actively approach them and try to find out if there is anything we can do to assist or improve our services.

How to apply?

Apply before August 1, 2026
Please send us a proper written motivational letter as an atachment to your e-mail in a PDF file. It needs to include the following information:
  • Full name, age, e-mail adress and your Discord ID (all mandatory);
  • Your sim setup specifications (CPU, GPU, sim version, Windows version);
  • Any relevant experience; if you are a real life pilot let us know! If you are real life cabin crew, also let us know!
  • Motivation as of why you are a good candidate for the position;
  • Try to give us an insight as of how you would like to achieve growth and seek for opurtunities;
  • It needs to be written in English as this language is the aviation and community standard (English is also required by standard aviation laws); no AI usage is allowed (you will be tested).
To show profesionalism, please use a proper font, proper phraseology and show some effort. We want a dedicated and passionate staff member. You will be selling the virtual airline, so sell yourself too!
